The journey of BOPP woven bags begins with PP granules that are converted into tapes made from HDPE/PP. These tapes are woven into fabric on looms. The woven fabric is then printed using a reverse rotogravure printing machine to create printed BOPP film, which is laminated onto the fabric through extrusion lamination.
Once the fabric is printed and laminated, it enters the finishing stage. This stage involves cutting, top hemming, bottom stitching, gusseting, and adding features like handles and perforations, as required. The finished bags are then packed in pallets or bales, ready for delivery.
BOPP woven bags are crafted using a combination of high-quality materials like PP woven fabric and BOPP films, along with extrusion lamination. These materials are chosen to ensure that the bags withstand various weather conditions, preserving the contents effectively.
We offer a wide range of finishes for our BOPP woven bags, including gloss, matte, metalized gloss/matte, and matte/gloss combinations. Additionally, our bags can be customized with windows, providing a versatile solution to meet specific packaging needs.
