Looms play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. By weaving PP/HDPE tapes, we create both flat and tubular cloth of high quality and consistency.

A key component in this process is the load cell, which meticulously controls the tension of the warped tapes throughout production. The in-feed system regulates the speed of the inlet rollers, maintaining a predetermined tension during weaving. Additionally, the fabric roll winder, equipped with a load cell, ensures that the fabric’s winding tension remains consistent from start to finish.

The creation of our fabric starts with PP/HDPE granules, which are converted into tapes. These tapes are then woven into high-quality cloth. Our advanced machinery ensures that the fabric used in our bags meets the highest standards. Precision is key in this process, as exact calculations and material ratios are vital. We pay close attention to every detail to maintain the quality throughout the production.
