In the woven packaging industry, tape is often regarded as the lifeblood of bags because the overall quality hinges on it. These tapes are crucial for creating the fabric that makes up packaging bags. Predominantly, the industry relies on PP (Polypropylene) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) tapes for this purpose.
Our facility’s tape extrusion lines are designed to efficiently process PP and HDPE tapes for various uses, such as woven and knitted bags and many more. Our advanced production technology involves a two-stage stretching method: first, the tapes are pre-stretched, then they go through a hot air oven for a final stretch. This not only smooths the process and boosts speed and efficiency but also ensures greater stability and enhances the overall properties of the tapes. This makes them ideal for a wide range of packaging applications.
The key ingredients in our tape manufacturing process are PP granules and masterbatch. Achieving the perfect transformation from granules to PP/HDPE tapes requires precise temperature control and exact calculations.
