The production of woven bags starts with converting raw materials into tapes, which are then manufactured and woven into fabric by machines. Depending on customer requirements, the fabric may undergo an extrusion coating process or move directly to the finishing stage.

During the finishing phase, multiple steps such as printing, cutting, stitching, and packing are carried out. Each of these processes is crucial to ensure the quality and durability of the final product, resulting in high-quality woven bags ready for various applications.

Woven bags are crafted using a variety of materials, such as fabric, threads, crape tape, handles, pull tape, and back seam adhesive. These components, combined in specific proportions, are essential for producing both coated and uncoated woven bags. This balanced mix ensures the bags meet the necessary standards for durability and functionality.

At Kahan Packaging, we provide high-quality flexo printing services at very competitive rates. One of the key advantages of flexo printing is its versatility, as it can be applied to uncoated bags. We offer up to six different colours in our flexo printing on woven bags, ensuring vibrant and detailed results without breaking the bank.
